Service very good, packaging very poor so have to replace an emitter resistor which broke off and the board was squeazed in bending the legs of the power transistors (both units). I cannot see major damage but these should be put into a box of some sort to prevent this from happening, couriers can be very rough handling - it's only rolled in Bubble Wrap.
